What We Do
We have seen it thousands of times before. We see it every day.
People just like you are struggling to move through a very complex healthcare system.
Hospitals do a lot of things…but they’re not great at everything. And a good hospital does not mean you get a great doctor or the best care for your needs.
We get you to the best doctors for your problem more quickly, easily, and effectively.
We are not one brand. One system. One hospital. We are a solution to a challenging situation.

What We Do
Most people are often frustrated, lost, and confused in the maze of poor doctor-patient communication, trying to navigate it alone to get information about their own health.
People really struggle to find their way in this complicated and disjointed system, much less understanding with confidence the advice they may receive.
Imagine having someone help you navigate the healthcare system.
Imagine if you could get access to the best doctors, more quickly, easily, and effectively.
Does that sound like a fantasy? Well, it isn’t.
It is what we do.

When Life Happens
When there are real problems—whether they be acute or chronic—and you want things to move more smoothly, easily, and effectively...then you need guidance from someone with experience and leverage.
The way we see it, “Your health is not always your decision. How you handle it is.”
In today’s world, if you do not know how to navigate the healthcare system, then you are wasting time and resources that you may not have.
In our world. Through our experience. From what we see. We know how to do this.
What we do is help individuals navigate the healthcare system—with preparation and support when it is needed most.
What Is a Patient Advocate or Patient Navigator?

A person who helps guide a patient through the healthcare system. This includes help going through the screening, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of a medical condition, such as cancer.
A patient navigator helps patients communicate with their healthcare providers so they get the information they need to make decisions about their healthcare.
Patient navigators may also help patients set up appointments for doctor visits and medical tests and get financial, legal, and social support. They may also work with insurance companies, employers, case managers, lawyers, and others who may have an effect on a patient’s healthcare needs.
Patient navigators are also called patient advocates.
